The following must not be listed on WeBazz:

• Weapons, ammunition, their parts, and explosives.
• Drugs, controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
• Prescription medicines and medical supplements.
• Counterfeit or replica goods, and goods infringing trademarks or copyright.
• Stolen goods, or goods you are not entitled to sell.
• Official documents, identity cards, driving licences and certificates.
• Live animals.
• Human organs, body parts and blood products.
• Pornographic material, or anything inciting hatred or violence.
• Personal data, lists of phone numbers, or account credentials.
• Digital accounts and subscriptions whose terms forbid transfer.
• Recalled or unsafe products.
• Anything that is unlawful to sell or buy under applicable law.

A listing that breaks this policy is refused or removed. Deliberate or repeated breaches can lead to restrictions or account closure, and unlawful activity may be reported to the authorities.
