Terms and conditions

WeBazz is a brand operated by TASKWREN LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389116. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. ICO registration: ZC232056.

In these terms, "WeBazz", "we" and "us" mean TASKWREN LIMITED operating the WeBazz app and website (https://webazz.com). "You" means the person using them.

1. What WeBazz is WeBazz is a marketplace where people list items they want to sell and buy items directly from one another. The sale of an item is a contract between the buyer and the seller only. TASKWREN LIMITED is not the seller, does not own or inspect the items, is not an agent of either party and is not a party to the sale.

2. Your account - You need an account to sell, make offers, buy or message. Browsing is open to everyone. - You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. - One person, one account. The same account is used for buying and selling. - You sign in with your mobile number, a code sent to you on WhatsApp, and, if you choose, a password. Keep your codes and password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. - The information you give us — your name, your governorate and any address — must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Listing and selling - List only items you own and are entitled to sell, that are lawful, and that are not on the prohibited items list. - Describe the item honestly: its condition, defects, quantity and price, with real photographs of the item itself. - For each listing you choose how the buyer can receive it: Shipping, Personal collection, or both. - Listings may be reviewed before or after they appear, and may be refused, edited back to you or removed if they break these terms or the law. - A price you publish, or an offer you accept, is the price you agree to sell at.

4. Offers A buyer may offer a different price on a listing within the range the app allows (currently 30% to 100% of the asking price). The seller may accept, decline or reply with a counter-offer. An accepted offer becomes the agreed price for that item. Offers may be limited in number per day and per negotiation to prevent abuse.

5. Buying - You can buy an item directly, or from your basket. A basket containing items from several sellers becomes a separate order with each seller. - Where a listing offers both, you choose Shipping (you give a delivery address, which the seller sees while the order is being fulfilled) or Personal collection (no address is shared; you arrange a time and place with the seller in the chat). - Before you confirm, the app shows the item price and the total you will pay.

6. Payment - You pay the seller, not WeBazz. Payment is made in cash on delivery or when you collect the item, directly between buyer and seller (or the courier the seller uses). - WeBazz does not collect, hold, transfer or refund the price of any item, and does not process card payments. - WeBazz currently charges no delivery fee. Any cost of sending an item is agreed between buyer and seller before the order is confirmed; WeBazz does not set or collect it.

7. Shipping and personal collection The seller chooses and pays any courier, or meets the buyer for collection. WeBazz does not carry, insure or track parcels. Meet in safe, public places for collection and check the item before you pay. See the shipping and cash-on-delivery policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and problems See the cancellation and returns policy. In summary: a buyer can cancel before the seller marks the order as shipped or handed over; afterwards the buyer can request cancellation; a return case can be opened within 7 days of receipt; a problem can be reported to WeBazz support within 14 days of delivery. Because WeBazz never holds the money, any refund is made by the seller.

Nothing in these terms affects rights you have by law as a consumer when buying from a business seller.

9. Fees Creating an account, browsing, listing, making offers and buying are currently free. WeBazz takes no commission on sales. If fees are ever introduced they will be announced in advance and shown to you before you are charged; see the publication fee policy.

10. Conduct You must not: commit fraud; list prohibited, counterfeit or stolen goods; harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; take conversations or payments off-platform to deceive someone; post false reviews; create multiple accounts; scrape, overload or interfere with the service; or use another person's account or personal information.

11. Moderation, restrictions and appeals We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account where these terms or the law are broken, or to protect other users. Where we do, we tell you which rule was involved, and you can appeal from the app. We record these decisions.

12. Your content You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give TASKWREN LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize) and distribute that content for operating and promoting WeBazz while it remains on the service. You confirm you have the right to post it.

13. Availability and changes We work to keep WeBazz available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features. We may update these terms; for important changes we will tell you in the app, and where required ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

14. Liability WeBazz provides the marketplace; it does not guarantee any item, user, delivery or payment. To the extent the law allows, TASKWREN LIMITED is not liable for losses arising from a sale between users, from the condition or legality of items, or from acts of couriers or other users, and is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. Closing your account You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy. We may keep records we are required or entitled to keep; see the privacy policy.

16. Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the protection of mandatory laws where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.

17. Contact In the app: Account → Help and support. On the web: https://webazz.com/en/contact/. By post: TASKWREN LIMITED, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
