Cancellations, returns and refunds

WeBazz is a brand operated by TASKWREN LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389116. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. ICO registration: ZC232056.

Because buyers pay sellers directly and WeBazz never holds the money, any refund is made by the seller, not by WeBazz. This policy explains the steps the app provides.

Cancelling before the item is sent or handed over The buyer can cancel an order straight away, without the seller's agreement, for as long as the seller has not marked it as shipped (or, for personal collection, as handed over). A reason is chosen from a list.

The seller can cancel an order they cannot fulfil, giving a reason. Repeated cancellations by either side may be reviewed.

After the item has been sent Ordinary cancellation is no longer available. The buyer can send a cancellation request, which the seller accepts or declines with a reason. Changing the order in the app does not stop a parcel already with a courier.

Refusing a delivery If a buyer refuses a parcel at the door, this can be recorded on the order with notes and evidence. Repeated unjustified refusals are reviewed by a person and can lead to restrictions. They never trigger an automatic ban.

Returns after receipt - The buyer can open a return case within 7 days of receiving the item. - For "wrong item", "damaged item" and "not as described", photographs are required. - The seller accepts or declines, giving a reason. If accepted, the two parties arrange the return and the refund between themselves, and can record the outcome on the case.

Reporting a problem to WeBazz Within 14 days of delivery, either party can report a problem with an order to WeBazz support. Support reviews the evidence and the order record, records a decision and can take action against an account that broke our rules. Support cannot pay a refund, because WeBazz never received the money.

Your legal rights When you buy from a seller acting as a business, you may have statutory rights (for example to a refund for faulty goods) against that seller. Nothing in this policy limits them.
