Reviews and content policy

Reviews A review can be written only after a real, completed order, and buyer and seller can review each other. Reviews must be honest and about the transaction.

Hiding a review Reviews are not deleted. A review can only be hidden, for a reason from a fixed list: abusive language, personal information, content unrelated to the transaction, a review confirmed to be fake, or a legal order. The reason, the staff member and the time are recorded. An honest negative review is not a reason to hide it.

Trust badges A badge appears only when it is backed by real data, such as a verified phone number, genuine activity or completed sales. Badges are not for sale.

Content you post Listing photographs must show the actual item. Misleading, abusive or unlawful content, and content that infringes someone else's rights, is not permitted and may be removed. You can report any listing, review, message or profile from the app.
